Cooperation prospects discussed

Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov participated in the Investopia Bridge 2026 Forum and the business roundtable “UAE-Uzbekistan: Connecting Capital with Opportunity” in Abu Dhabi.
The discussions focused on prospects for cooperation in energy, digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence, the financial sector, chemical industry, agriculture, tourism, transport and logistics, as well as real estate development.
During the visit, the head of MIIT held a series of meetings with Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy and Tourism of the UAE; Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, Minister of Investment; Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade, as well as heads of major UAE companies.
Following the visit, next steps were outlined to advance promising projects with the participation of government institutions, investment funds, and businesses of the two countries.
