Sergeli is one of the capital's districts where investment projects are advancing across multiple sectors, including logistics, automotive manufacturing, construction materials, and the textile and food industries.
Plans for 2026 include attracting $700 million in foreign investment to the district, achieving $458.7 million in exports, launching projects worth $250.3 million, and creating 2,500 new jobs.
Between January and August, the district attracted $431.4 million in foreign investment, with export volumes reaching $208.3 million.
🔷 The first stop on the itinerary was the "First Dry Port Terminal." A $90 million logistics center—a dry port—is being developed here on a 22-hectare site. The project, scheduled for implementation between 2024 and 2027, will create 150 jobs.
