On October 7–8, the Second International Forum on Food Security for Landlocked Developing Countries is scheduled to be held in Tashkent in cooperation with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
The forum will discuss issues of ensuring food security, increasing the resilience of agriculture in the context of climate change, the efficient use of land and water resources, introducing innovations, entering new markets, and developing sustainable financing mechanisms.
