Uzbekistan and JICA discussed issues of expanding cooperation

Negotiations were held in Tokyo with the President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Akihiko Tanaka.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of accelerating the implementation of projects within the framework of the Cooperation Program until 2030.
Particular attention was paid to expanding cooperation in healthcare, supporting the private sector, and education.
Following the negotiations, readiness was expressed to further develop practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and JICA, including through the implementation of new projects and initiatives.
