The meeting was attended by Eve Beck, Secretary General of the Ministry of General Government Affairs and Finance of Liechtenstein, Daniela Sele, Senior Advisor at the Ministry of General Government Affairs and Finance of Liechtenstein, Timur Ishmetov, Chairman of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, Ilkhom Norkulov, First Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance, as well as other senior officials.
The parties exchanged views on strengthening trade, economic and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and Liechtenstein, prospects for collaboration in the financial sector, and other areas of mutual interest.
During the discussions, particular attention was given to the gradual expansion of bilateral economic relations, attracting investment, and exploring opportunities for implementing joint initiatives.
The Liechtenstein delegation noted the growing interest of the country's private sector in Uzbekistan's economy and highlighted the potential to further expand cooperation, citing companies operating in the construction and healthcare sectors as examples.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue their dialogue and further advance practical cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
