The British delegation presented a master plan for the complex, which integrates advanced medical treatment, rehabilitation, and scientific research. The concept features a 150-bed capacity, with the potential for expansion up to 250 beds.

The participants reviewed financing mechanisms, facility management, personnel training, and the implementation of international clinical standards.
