Meeting with the delegation of Rothschild & Co

The participants discussed the current results and prospects for expanding the partnership across key sectors of the Uzbek economy.

Special emphasis was placed on the privatization of state assets and the execution of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). The parties conducted an in-depth review of mechanisms for introducing major enterprises to international capital markets, aimed at integrating the country into the global financial system.

During the meeting, it was proposed to organize training seminars for local businesses regarding corporate governance and investment attraction. This initiative is designed to align domestic companies with international standards and investor requirements.

Furthermore, the discussion addressed the promotion of Uzbekistan’s investment profile abroad. Both sides expressed their readiness to develop joint roadmaps and organize targeted events to strengthen ties with global financial institutions.
