A meeting was held with representatives of the financial company Rothschild & Co

The meeting was attended by Rothschild&Co Director for the CIS countries Oleg Pushkarev, as well as Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Khurshed Mustafayev, Chairman of the Board of Uzassets Bobur Abdinazarov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of “Uzpromstroybank” JSC Odilbek Isakov, Chairman of the Board of “Uzpromstroybank” Aziz Akbarjonov and other responsible persons.

During the meeting, the processes of reforms carried out in the country in recent years, in particular, the work carried out and their results in the field of energy, the formation of new effective projects in the development of the industry, as well as issues of radical reform and increasing the efficiency of enterprises operating in this direction were discussed.

The parties also exchanged views on the privatization processes ongoing in the country, including the privatization and transformation of state owned banks, cooperation in this direction with international consulting companies and international financial institutions.

At the end of the negotiations, the parties agreed to expand cooperation on the above issues.
