For reference: Rothschild & Co is an internationally leading company providing financial advisory and investment services, with a history of over 200 years. The company specializes in providing strategic financial advice, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), privatization processes, access to capital markets, asset management, and complex financial solutions for both the public and private sectors.

During the dialogue, the parties comprehensively discussed the progress and priority directions of the large-scale economic reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan. In particular, views were exchanged regarding measures being taken within the framework of the gradual transition to market principles in the energy sector, the results of these reforms, the development of the banking and financial system, and the processes of privatizing state-owned banks.

Furthermore, issues concerning the transformation of large state-owned enterprises, the improvement of their corporate governance systems, and increasing their investment attractiveness were at the center of the discussion.

At the conclusion of the negotiations, the parties agreed to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation, to conduct systemic and consistent collaboration in the designated priority areas, and to continue the dialogue.
