On May 2, a delegation headed by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Karakalpakstan Batyrbek Kaipbergenov visited the Republic of Tatarstan. The delegation was welcomed by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilsur Khadiullin.
