Meeting held with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development

The meeting was attended by the EBRD Managing Director for Central Asia and Mongolia, Huseyin Ozhan, Director of the EBRD Representative Office in Uzbekistan, Andi Aranitasi, Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance, Ilhomjon Umrzakov, and representatives of relevant agencies and banks.

During the dialogue, the parties discussed the development of mutually beneficial relations, joint projects, future areas of cooperation, ongoing work on the privatization and transformation of SOBs, and their results.

Furthermore, during the discussions, the parties exchanged comprehensive views on the current state and development trends of macroeconomic growth in our country, ongoing socio-economic and financial reforms and their outcomes, as well as goals and future plans.

At the conclusion of the negotiations, the parties agreed to develop cooperation ties and expand the exchange of views on the aforementioned areas.
