Information on the consideration of appeals by the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology and subordinate organisations during 2024

In 2024, the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology and subordinate organisations received a total of 14,657 appeals. Of these, 4,629 were oral appeals, 2,956 were written appeals and 497 were electronic appeals.
A total of 3,931 appeals were received via the President's Virtual Reception Room, 2,523 via hotlines and 121 via the organisations' websites.
Statistics on the handling of appeals: 95.1 per cent were satisfied and received explanations, 0.7 per cent were repeated, 1.8 per cent were rejected, 0.3 per cent were left without consideration and 2 per cent were closed.
