During the meeting, an exchange of views was held on the ongoing work to create conditions for young personnel in the Mining Industry and Geology, improve their scientific and practical skills, support, implementation of necessary measures to become qualified specialists meeting international requirements.

Young people's concerns, their new initiatives, suggestions and comments were listened to, questions on topical issues were answered.

At the end of the event, a number of initiative students and young employees working in subordinate organisations, enterprises and institutions of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology were presented with memorable gifts.
