International relations between countries are being strengthened through theater art

Yesterday, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Samarkand Regional Musical Drama Theater and South Korea’s "Beyond Enterprise OU" Drama Theater.
As part of the memorandum signing, agreements were reached on developing cultural relations between the two countries and establishing creative collaboration between theaters. This includes experience exchange among playwrights, directors, artists, and actors, joint creation of high-quality national and international stage productions, organizing creative meetings with renowned artists, participating in international festivals, and arranging tour performances.
Additionally, during the meeting between the Director of the Samarkand Regional Musical Drama Theater, Botir Tugalov, and the Director of "Beyond Enterprise OU" Drama Theater in Seoul, South Korea, Choi Il Hwa, an agreement was made to stage performances about the great military leaders and folk heroes of both nations.
For reference, to date, the Samarkand Regional Musical Drama Theater has signed cooperation memorandums with the V.I. Dunin-Marcinkiewicz Mogilev Regional Drama and Comedy Theater in Bobruisk, Belarus; the Novosibirsk Musical Comedy Theater in Russia; the Abulkasim Lohuti State Academic Drama Theater in Tajikistan; and the Jastar Theater in Kazakhstan.
