Yesterday, the official opening ceremony of the "Indian Cinema Days" took place at the Uzbekistan National Cinema Art Palace. The event also celebrated the 100th anniversary of the legendary actor and director Raj Kapoor, with the unveiling of a bust dedicated to him.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Indian Embassy in Uzbekistan, the Cinematography Agency under the Ministry of Culture, the diplomatic corps, and media representatives.
For reference, during the "Indian Cinema Days," beloved films such as Mr. 420, Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves, and The Unstolen Bride, along with recently produced films, will be screened!
A reminder: "Indian Cinema Days" will take place from December 17 to December 21.
