Today, December 11, a meeting took place between the advisor to the minister, Shokhrukh Akbarov, and the president of the Cultural Foundation of Miryang City, Republic of Korea, Mr. Chi Woo.

During the negotiations, issues of deepening cultural ties between the two countries, particularly in the field of intangible cultural heritage, were discussed.

During the meeting, both sides expressed mutual interest in developing cultural exchange and cooperation.

The Korean side proposed organizing a cultural program in Miryang in 2025, dedicated to the Year of Cultural Exchange between Uzbekistan and Korea. It was emphasized that this program would serve to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the two nations.
