As previously reported, the “Uzbekistan Culture Days” events are currently taking place in Italy. As part of these cultural days, a series of meetings between representatives of the cultural sectors of both countries were held.

In particular, a delegation led by Yusufjon Usmonov, Deputy Minister of Culture of Uzbekistan, met with prominent figures such as Fabrizio Miracolo, President of the famous Puccini International Festival, Renato Saporito, head of “MAGISTER ART” company, the management of the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone concert complex, as well as representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Italy.

During the meetings, discussions focused on the participation of Uzbek representatives in the renowned Puccini International Festival, scheduled to take place in Italy in 2025.

The delegation from Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Culture also exchanged views with “MAGISTER ART” on several areas of cooperation, including:

• Equipping concert and theater venues with modern technologies,
• Enhancing the qualifications of technical staff,
• Utilizing advanced technologies for international festivals held in Uzbekistan,
• Digitizing objects of intangible cultural heritage, and
• Engaging foreign experts in the management and administration of cultural institutions.

Discussions with Embassy representatives centered on further strengthening cultural relations between the two countries.

At the conclusion of the meetings, it was noted that, in recent years, special attention has been given to the development of the cultural sectors of both nations.
