International "Chingiz Aitmatov" medals awarded to their winners

From August 1 to 3 of this year, an international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Current Issues in the Study of Turkic World Literature, Language, and History" was held in the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan.
At this conference, Associate Professor of the "Theory and History of Art" Department at the Uzbekistan State Choreography Academy, Doctor of Philology (DSc) Hulkar Hamroyeva participated with her presentation "The Aesthetic and Ethnographic Features of the Khorezm 'Lazgi' Dance Series."
Additionally, within the framework of the conference, a presentation of the monograph "The Khorezm 'Lazgi' Dance: History and Description" was held. The monograph was co-authored by People’s Artist of Uzbekistan Gavhar Matyoqubova, Rector of the Uzbekistan State Choreography Academy Shuhrat Toxtasimov, and Associate Professor Hulkar Hamroyeva.
For their participation in the conference and their contributions to the development of the art and culture of Turkic-speaking peoples, as well as for their scientific research in the field of national dance, the authors of the monograph were awarded the International "Chingiz Aytmatov" Medal by the Kyrgyz Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Education of Kyrgyzstan.
Yesterday, this medal was officially handed over to its recipients by First Deputy Minister of Culture Avazkhon Tadjikhanov.
For reference, this monograph is currently being translated into the Kyrgyz language.
In Kyrgyzstan, the "Chingiz Aytmatov" Medal was established to honor both Kyrgyz citizens and foreigners for their outstanding achievements in culture, education, science, literature, and the arts, as well as for their contributions to strengthening intercultural dialogue, enriching the cultures of different nations, and promoting peace and stability.
