The Inspection Obtains ISO 37001:2016 International Certification

The Inspectorate for Control in the Sphere of Mining Industry and Geology under the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan carries out systematic and effective work to combat corruption.
The effectiveness of the implemented anti-corruption mechanisms was proven by obtaining the international certificate of conformity ISO 37001:2016 - Anti-bribery Management System.
Within the framework of this standard, a set of preventive measures is implemented aimed at the early detection of corruption risks, eliminating the causes and conditions of their occurrence, as well as the formation of an intolerant attitude towards corruption in the team. Particular attention is paid to increasing the legal awareness and legal culture of employees, assessing and minimizing corruption risks.
Obtaining a certificate also helps to strengthen the reputation of the Inspectorate as a reliable and transparent organization in the international arena, which, in turn, ensures that the agreements concluded (including grants) comply with international legal norms. The Inspectorate team is committed to conscientiously fulfilling its duties, strictly complying with the law, and developing a culture of openness, honesty, and incorruptibility.
