Subsoil use issues in Fergana region are being studied

A field study of the state of subsoil use in the Uzbek district of Fergana region was conducted with the participation of representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change, as well as the Eastern Regional Inspectorate Department and other interested organizations.
The study examined compliance with the requirements and norms of legislative and regulatory documents in the field of subsoil use, the effective and targeted use of subsoil resources, the availability of licenses and permits, as well as factors that negatively affect the environment.
Organizations and enterprises, business entities were given explanations on issues of preventing violations of legislation in the field of subsoil use.
