To ensure the efficiency of subsoil plots use, control measures and systematic monitoring are conducted based on the requirements of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4078 dated December 26, 2018, "On additional measures to increase the efficiency of use of subsoil plots containing non-metallic mineral resources". The Inspectorate has strengthened permanent control mechanisms to protect the subsoil and suppress illegal mining operations.
These control results demonstrate that the system for combating the shadow and uncontrolled use of natural resources is functioning effectively. The strengthening of state supervision increases the responsibility of business entities and transitions all processes into the legal framework. Ensuring legality in subsoil use not only protects the environment but also increases state budget revenues, thereby strengthening the economic stability of the country.
