Based on applications from entrepreneurs, the inspection specialists prepared official conclusions for two specific cases. Notably, the activities of "YANG NOVATECH" LLC FE at the "Qaynar" gold site in the Akhangaran district were reviewed. It was determined that based on the TV series permit No. 0018, the company conducted only drilling and sampling without the actual extraction or sale of minerals. Consequently, in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 566 dated October 5, 2022, a conclusion was issued stating that a separate permit for mining operations is not required at this stage. Additionally, following requests from the Emergency Management Department and "ASL JAVXAR" LLC, an on-site study of the coordinates for the "Karabagsoy" riverbed cleaning project was conducted, and a corresponding conclusion was drafted.
As part of the monitoring activities, the 2026 calendar plan for mining operations of "ANGREN GUMAT KO‘MIR" LLC was analyzed. To improve the quality of vocational training, inspection representatives participated in the final examinations of students at the "Technical Education" training center who completed courses for "BeLAZ" dump truck operators.
A priority task is the implementation of instructions given during a meeting chaired by the Minister of Mining and Geology, B.F. Islamov. To this end, an action plan was developed to accelerate coal production at the "Apartak" site of the "Uzbekkumir" JSC branch. Furthermore, monitoring was established over "NISHBASHKO‘MIR" LLC FE to prevent production delays and ensure that regulatory documentation is fully aligned with current legislation.
These measures not only reduce bureaucratic barriers in the mining industry but also strengthen discipline in the extraction of resources of national importance. Such oversight mechanisms guarantee the growth of economic indicators while ensuring strict adherence to technical safety and environmental protection standards.
