Occupational Safety and Rule of Law Issues Discussed at Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company

The event was attended by representatives of the Navoi Specialized Prosecutor's Office, the "Qizilqum" Mine-Technical Inspection, the NMMC Department of Internal Affairs, as well as the administration and the Trade Union Council of the company. The Specialized Prosecutor of Navoi, N. Tilavov, and the Head of the General Department of Occupational Health and Safety of "NMMC" JSC, A. Tursunov, delivered reports on the legal and practical aspects of strict adherence to safety requirements in technological processes.
During the dialogue, it was emphasized that labor safety is a priority task for everyone, from manual workers to executives. Participants identified future tasks to increase vigilance in production and further improve monitoring mechanisms aimed at preventing accidents.
Following the results of the first quarter of the current year, a group of employees who demonstrated a responsible approach to their duties and achieved positive indicators in occupational safety were encouraged with valuable gifts from the Trade Union Council.
This event serves to strengthen the cooperation between state supervisory authorities and public control at production sites. The establishment of systemic oversight not only reinforces technological discipline but also remains a crucial factor in ensuring economic stability and the protection of human capital in large industrial enterprises.
