Inspector Sh. Kholiqov of the Southern Regional Inspection, specialists U. Mallayev and J. Ruziyev, along with the enterprise's responsible managers, personally participated in the exercises. The primary objective of the event was to coordinate joint actions between state regulatory bodies and rescue services during the mitigation of potential accidents within mine environments.
The training sessions were implemented in accordance with Order No. 10 of the Militarized Mine Rescue Headquarters dated January 21, 2026, in close cooperation with the 1st Separate Militarized Mine Rescue Platoon. This order mandates constant monitoring of safety levels in mines and testing the readiness of rescue units.
During the process, the focus was placed on the rapid elimination of simulated fires and accidents. Rescuers and enterprise employees demonstrated practical stages of evacuating victims from areas with toxic gas accumulation to safe zones (fresh air), providing emergency first aid, and handing them over to professional medical personnel. Additionally, specialists provided relevant preventive instructions on avoiding industrial accidents.
At the conclusion of the event, inspection specialists conducted briefing sessions with employees on vital aspects of safety compliance in mines. Such tactical exercises serve not only to ensure the readiness of technical equipment but also to reduce risks associated with human factors and to increase the vigilance and professional awareness of the staff.
These systematic control and practical training activities, while improving production efficiency, also strengthen the legal foundations of labor protection. The enhancement of the oversight system is of strategic importance in preventing severe industrial accidents and ensuring the continuity of the coal mining process, which represents a key national economic interest.
Strict adherence to industrial safety requirements is the primary guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises and the protection of workers' health. In this regard, all industrial organizations and the public are encouraged to actively raise safety culture within the framework of this preventive month.
