Inspection for control in the field of mining industry and geology under the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Currently, inspection specialists are conducting special investigations into two serious industrial accidents. In particular, the circumstances of the injury sustained by assistant electric locomotive driver U.B. at the "Railway Transport" branch of JSC "Uzbekkumir" are being thoroughly studied. Additionally, a special commission continues its work to determine the causes of the severe injury suffered by driver Q.N. at the "Tuyachovul" site of JSC "Uzbekgeologidiruv."

To prevent natural and industrial hazards, landslide cracks formed between the 99th and 101st kilometers of the A-373 "Tashkent-Andijan" international highway have been placed under constant monitoring. This area was inspected on-site with the participation of specialists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and "Uzbekhydrogeology," and the risk level was analyzed. Such measures are crucial for ensuring the safety of transport traffic.

At the same time, work continues on regulating the legal and technical foundations of business entities. A positive conclusion granting the right to conduct mining operations was issued to "SHAIKH THE ROAD" LLC. Specialists also reviewed and studied the report balance of coal reserves (Form 5-GR) of "ANGREN GUMAT KO‘MIR" LLC.

To improve the skills of personnel in extreme conditions, a special tactical training exercise was held at the "Railway Transport" branch. During the seminar, employees were provided with practical explanations on protection methods against earthquakes, fires, and chemical hazards. Furthermore, the electrical safety knowledge of employees at "BAB ENERGY VE PETROL URUNLERI AS" LLC was tested and their qualifications assessed.

These implemented measures highlight the vital importance of labor protection in the mining and geology sectors. Strengthening the oversight system helps minimize risks in the production process and ensures the rational use of state property.

Ensuring technical safety and the rule of law at industrial enterprises guarantees not only economic stability but also the right of every worker to perform their duties in safe labor conditions. In the future, the inspection plans to continue implementing strict monitoring mechanisms and regular preventive work.
