These activities were carried out in accordance with MMRU Order No. 25 dated March 11, 2026. Specialists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) were involved in the seminars to enhance employees' skills in acting under extreme conditions.
During the seminars, experts highlighted the most critical aspects of ensuring fire safety in buildings and structures. Participants were given detailed explanations of the correct and effective use of fire extinguishing equipment through practical examples. Furthermore, specific recommendations were provided on evacuating personnel during earthquakes, movement in outdoor areas, and safe equipment placement methods.
In the practical part of the event, safety measures for employees living in private residential areas were also addressed. Recommendations on technical safety and civil protection serve to increase the vigilance of staff not only at the workplace but also in their daily lives. At the end of the seminar, employees received comprehensive answers to their questions from the specialists.
Analysis indicates that such systematic training sessions are crucial for minimizing technogenic risks at production facilities and preventing errors related to the human factor. Integrating supervisory activities with preventive work elevates the level of occupational safety in the sector to a new stage.
Enhancing the safety culture is a guarantee for preserving not only material assets but also the highest value—human life. Strict compliance with legality and safety requirements contributes to the sustainable economic development of the industry.
