As the legal basis for these reforms, a special order No. 180/tk was adopted by the Inspectorate on March 31 of this year. This document, aimed at implementing the state youth policy in 2026, approved a specific program for the development of youth activities in the sector.
To increase human resource potential and ensure youth employment, a large-scale job fair was organized at the University of Geological Sciences on March 27, 2026. During the event, graduating students were provided with detailed information about vacancies in sectors of strategic importance to the country's economy, such as geology, mining, and energy.
The advancement of the intellectual potential of employees is also a priority. On March 30, 2026, the "Zakovat" intellectual tournament was held among representatives of the mining and metallurgical sector at the "Sogdiana" physical culture and sports complex in Navoi. Young employees of the Inspectorate participated with distinction, securing a respectable 4th place.
One of the significant changes in the Inspectorate's routine is the designation of every Thursday as "Youth Day." In this regard, young employees working in the Central Apparatus met today with the Head of the Inspectorate, Jasur Adilov. This open dialogue allowed the youth to convey their thoughts and proposals directly to the leadership.
Furthermore, to continuously improve the knowledge level of employees, there are plans to establish a special youth library within the Inspectorate. Currently, other events scheduled under the Youth Program are being continued systematically.
These ongoing measures contribute to the formation of a new generation of professional personnel within the state control body. Connecting the knowledge and skills of youth directly with practice and increasing their socio-political activity will be an important factor in ensuring legality in the sector.
Such modernization of the control system will further enhance the levels of safety and transparency in the mining and geology sector in the future. The focus on young personnel is of strategic importance in reducing corruption risks and increasing economic efficiency.
