The meeting was attended by the Inspectorate's leadership, central office staff, and heads and officials of regional offices via videoconference.
Inspectorate Head Jasur Adilov presented the agenda items, including information on measures implemented to eliminate cases of illegal mineral extraction by subsoil users and ongoing efforts to reduce the shadow economy in the regions. Particular attention was paid to preventing similar violations, including strengthening accountability for compliance with legal requirements.
During the meeting, factors contributing to corruption and the development of the shadow economy in the industry were also analyzed, and it was noted that disciplinary measures will be taken against the employees involved in accordance with the law.
