Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 8, "Pardoning persons serving a sentence of deprivation of liberty who sincerely regret their actions and are determined to recover", 16 citizens from Jizzakh were released.

Heads of regional sectors communicated with these citizens at the DIA of Jizzakh region. Representatives of law enforcement agencies, employment, and health organizations participated in the event. The decree issued during the meeting is a bright expression of the noble qualities of our people, such as goodness, tolerance, humanity, kindness, and forgiveness. Their problems were studied.

Comprehensive measures have been put in place to provide material assistance to the pardoned citizens who have returned from penal institutions and are now under the supervision of Internal Affairs bodies probation groups. Additionally, steps are being taken to resolve any issues they may face in the implementation of their business projects.
