Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation recently held a creative competition.
Among the young people from Russia and Belarus, cadets at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs participated in the online English competition. They competed under the conditions of "English-speaking countries", "English souvenirs", "English for professional purposes" and "English party".
In the first stage of the competition, participants were asked 40 questions about English-speaking countries. Zebiniso Karshiboeva, a cadet of our academy, answered 35 questions correctly and took third place.
In the second stage, handcrafted artwork was presented in the form of a presentation. Sardor Rahimberganov, Sultanbek Orinboev, and Mustafa Murodov prepared a model of the famous "Big Ben" tower, which was selected as the best by the judges.
The third stage was devoted to the presentation of videos. The cadets explained the importance of English in professional activities through their speeches. Among the colourful performances at this event, Muhammadali Toshbekov's video won first prize.
In the last stage of the competition, young people participated with songs and poems performed in English. As a result, Mustafa Muradov was nominated for "Best Pronunciation" for his poetic performance.
