Keeping close contact with the populace, listening to their problems, and solving them positively has become the daily work of every leader.
For the purpose of resolving issues of concern to the population, mobile and personal receptions are held in the capital and its subsystems.
During the 20 days of this year, 58 citizens appealed for the personal reception of Major General Aziz Tashpulatov, head of the MDIA of Tashkent city.
25 of the appeals were positively resolved on the spot, legal explanations were given for 20 appeals, relevant tasks were given to the authorities for 13 appeals, and a deadline was set for the resolution.
For example, N. Ikrom, a resident of Yangihayot district, said that he moved into one of the newly built multi-storey houses, but the builders did not install the equipment for connecting electricity to the apartment and asked for practical assistance in solving this problem. His problem was investigated, and the electricity in the apartment was connected to the computing equipment in the common hallway.
Another citizen, O. Shoira, stated that she is retired, but he is eager to work again and asked for practical help finding a job. Her appeal was also investigated and resolved positively. She was employed as an assistant in one of the state organizations in Yangihayot district near her home.
Furthermore, deputy heads of the main department took an active role in problem-solving during personal receptions. They investigated and resolved the problems of 227 applicants.
