Regional DIA has developed a schedule of admissions of individuals and legal entities based on the principle of "For human dignity," with regular admissions organized by the head of the department and his deputies.
Particularly, the issues raised in 37 citizen appeals in the regional reception process were carefully considered.
11 citizens participated in the reception and had their appeals resolved on the spot. As 9 appeals require a lot of time to process, they were put under special control, with relevant assignments given to sectoral services. Regarding 17 appeals, legal explanations were provided.
