The Andijan Regional Internal Affairs Department organized a personal reception to protect the civil rights and interests of citizens, create convenience for the population busy with daily work activities during the week, and ensure their open communication with the heads of internal affairs bodies.
During the reception, a total of 19 appeals were received from citizens. A total of 12 of them were resolved on the spot with positive results. Four appeals were provided with qualified legal explanations. Three appeals requiring consideration were monitored for their implementation.
The importance of organized receptions lies in the fact that they are intended to identify the problems of the population and find effective solutions on the spot.
