The Psychological Support Department of the Department of Spiritual and Enlightenment Affairs and Human Resources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the department's specialist psychologists held psychological training sessions with employees involved in training sessions aimed at improving the legal, professional and combat readiness of employees of regional internal affairs bodies.

Furthermore, qualified teachers and psychologists conducted lectures that focused on how to develop a culture of behavior and communication in situations involving high stress, stressful situations and putting one's own life at risk during service, how to respond to conflict with citizens, and how to cope with stressful situations.

The purpose of such psychological work is to prevent employees from entering stressful situations in the future as well as to prevent conflict situations arising between employees and citizens.
