During the reception, he heard appeals from citizens concerning issues such as getting a job in the internal affairs bodies, exposing theft, and money laundering. A review of the appeals of three individuals on probation was also conducted.

As part of the face-to-face reception, nine young people received ID cards. A monitoring process was conducted to ensure the implementation of the stated appeals, and instructions were provided to the authorities in order to ensure that they were resolved.
