On February 8, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General Bakhodir Mirzarahimov, held a meeting to discuss a number of issues that should be implemented in the field services of the Department of Security in Transport and Tourism Facilities.
It was stressed that preventive interviews should be held in houses near the railway station to prevent accidents. Practical and demonstration propaganda work should be undertaken to ensure human safety on the railways, prevent accidents associated with children, and strengthen existing skills and knowledge regarding the rules of railway movement.
In addition, the internal affairs body employees were once again reminded of the importance of strictly adhering to service discipline and legislation, performing their duties conscientiously, and, most importantly, remaining loyal to their homeland and their people.
Moreover, a group of employees were honoured with special titles for their effective work and various achievements in service by winning the "Dedicated Female Employee" contest and the "Best Booklover Female Employee" contest held at the Department of Security's Transport and Tourism Facilities level as well as the "Zakovat" intellectual games.
