Deputies of the head of the regional Internal Affairs Department and heads of the respective sectoral services took part in the reception held by the head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Surkhandarya region in the building of the Internal Affairs Department of the Surkhandarya region.

During the public reception, citizens made appeals regarding investigations, inquiries, employment, traffic safety, resolution of disputes within family life, the issue of money transfer and other issues related to internal affairs.

Most of the appeals were positively resolved on the spot, and legal explanations were provided regarding some appeals.

Appeals requiring additional periods to study their implementation were directed to the relevant departmental service officials. They were closely monitored by the head of the department.
