In the meeting led by Lieutenant Colonel Avazbek Inomov, Deputy Head of the Department, and Lieutenant Colonel Sherzod Khaydarov, Head of the Bukhara Regional Department of the Main Department of Internal Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, the work carried out by the Human Resource Service and Spiritual and Enlightenment Affairs in 2024 was analyzed point by point, as well as the shortcomings that were identified.

A number of instructions were given to the responsible persons during the discussion regarding the proper and fair conduct of personnel policy within the regional internal affairs bodies, the transformation of the system into a people-centred organization, and the strengthening of service discipline among employees.

At the end of the meeting, measures for 2025 were determined.
