It was stressed that law enforcement officers should further strengthen cooperation with law enforcement agencies, the general public, particularly local khokimiyats, village and mahalla activists, and heads of enterprises and organizations in order to maintain public order and strengthen law and order.
This process should further promote awareness among young people and prevent them from falling into the trap of various vices.
Sectoral service heads were tasked with future implementation issues, and their responsibilities were increased.
In addition, the participants were explained that the sector working groups in cities and districts should work "per mahalla," "per house," and "per citizen." They should consistently study appeals and provide reasonable answers to citizens. They should also regularly monitor shortcomings in the communal sector in the regions and quickly eliminate problems that arise. Finally, they should pay attention to early identification of situations that cause public complaints and solve these problems together with sector leaders and partner organizations.
