At the beginning of the meeting, the Uzbek National Anthem was sung, followed by reports by the heads of the departments regarding the tasks to be carried out during the week.

The Deputy Minister of Transport outlined a number of tasks to be undertaken to prevent accidents from occurring at transportation facilities in the early stages. Particularly, preventing violations and crimes among citizens at tourist attractions, train stations, airports, and metro stations, maintaining public order, increasing citizen awareness and vigilance, ensuring peace, tranquillity and stability, and ensuring executive discipline among employees. Furthermore, they included strict compliance with legislative requirements, strengthening daily control over the performance of employees, and preventing corruption.

In addition, the following special titles were awarded to employees serving in the Department's central office and subordinate systems for their initiative and determination in carrying out their tasks in strengthening legality, law and order in society and combating crime. Their high performance in service activities, effective increase in professional skills, and setting an outstanding example in how they conduct their duties led them to achieve high levels of performance in their service activities.
