On December 28, in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, to ensure the peace of the people of our country, stabilize the crime situation, and fully provide the population with energy resources on the eve of the holiday, a working group headed by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Lieutenant General Pulat Bobojonov, conducted inspections in the Chilanzar and Uchtepa districts of our capital with the assistance of field officials and representatives of partner organizations.
In particular, in order to fully provide the population with energy resources in the winter season, monitor the provision of measures to eliminate emergencies and other adverse situations promptly, and assess the responsibility of representatives of relevant departments and organizations in this regard, the activities of the management service company "Poytaxt ziyo servis" of the Kutarma mahalla of Chilanzar district, the "Karavan" electric substation of Uchtepa district, the "Uchtepatumangaz" gas supply department, and the "Chilanzar Heat Center" enterprise No. 5 were inspected.
During the event, relevant instructions were given to those responsible for ensuring a continuous and high-quality implementation of measures taken to ensure electricity supply, eliminate power outages and other problems immediately, prevent emergencies, and improve working conditions.
The working group also examined the night service activities of the employees of the “Katta Navbahor” mahalla base point in Chilanzar district, the “Uzavtovokzal Service” passenger transport public association, and the 4th internal affairs department located in the “Shirin” mahalla in Uchtepa district.
Meeting participants discussed measures taken to increase the coverage of video surveillance on mahalla streets, corridors of multi-storey buildings, and public areas, as well as conducting a detailed analysis of the emerging crime situation, identifying and eliminating the population's problems, and increasing the effectiveness of the "mahalla seven" activities”.
Meanwhile, complete security measures were implemented in cultural and recreational parks, as well as entertainment venues dedicated to the New Year holiday to ensure impeccable service to the population.
All shortcomings identified during the event were critically discussed, and targeted measures were identified to improve service activities in the future.
