The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the results of the work conducted on the mechanism for creating a safe environment based on the principle of "Prosperous and Safe Mahalla".

The meeting was chaired by Zoyir Mirzaev, regional governor, and T. Aripov, head of the DIA. Participants included sector heads, representatives of relevant prosecutor sectoral services, internal affairs bodies, and officials from other departments and organizations of interest. The meeting also discussed the status of implementing priority tasks in the regions regarding early crime prevention and social prevention during the current year and the shortcomings that have arisen.

Since the beginning of this year, prevention inspectors have submitted conclusions to officials in the mahalla through the "E-Social Prevention" electronic system on positively resolving the problems identified in 69,928 citizens from 14 different categories who are considered objects of social prevention in the region. Among these conclusions, 1.3 percent were criticized for not having been implemented. Based on the analysis, the city of Angren, the district of Tashkent, and the district of Urtachirchik are the main contributors to the share.

It was also discussed the need to achieve efficiency by establishing close cooperation between representatives of the mahalla "seven" operating in the mahalla.

Following the meeting, an outline of the future work within the framework of the decision was developed.
