At the reception, the head of the 3rd sector of the region, the head of the internal affairs department, Colonel Avduvokhid Ismailov, received citizens' appeals. As part of the mobile reception, ten citizens' problems were addressed through face-to-face communication, and measures were taken to resolve them. A majority of the appeals concerned investigations carried out by the investigation and prevention service of the internal affairs bodies, employment and subsidized self-employment, and civil ID cards.

Five of the received appeals were positively resolved on the spot. Specifically, three women received subsidized sewing machines for self-employment, and two citizens received ID cards. Five appeals requiring time to study were assigned to the responsible persons for legal resolution.

Throughout our country, where human dignity is a priority, work continues to find solutions to problems faced by citizens, eliminate the daily and household chores that torment them, and ultimately make people happier.
