The International Tourism Fair, "Tourism on the Silk Road", is being held on November 21-23, 2024, at the CAEx Exhibition Center in Tashkent. It is one of the largest platforms for showcasing the rich cultural and historical heritage of the region and strengthening international tourism cooperation.

A special emphasis is placed on ensuring safe tourism within the framework of the fair.

Employees from the Department of Tourism Safety are also actively participating in this event. A presentation will take place demonstrating work being undertaken to ensure the safety of tourists, protect their rights and interests, and develop innovative approaches to communicating with the public using innovative technologies.

As part of the event, guests and participants had the opportunity to view special events, practical exhibitions, and booklets containing security information. The importance of such an approach to security is recognized internationally and plays a significant role in attracting more tourists to our country.
