At the reception hosted by the prosecutor for Surkhandarya district, the heads of the internal affairs and tax departments of Boysun district were attended by officials, deputy heads of the regional internal affairs department, and directors of relevant sectoral services.

During the "public mobile reception", citizens made appeals regarding investigations, inquiries, recruitment, financial assistance regarding health improvement, ensuring road safety and other issues related to internal affairs.

Most of the appeals were positively resolved on the spot, and legal explanations were provided regarding some appeals.

Appeals that required additional time to study their implementation were directed to relevant departmental service officials. They were separately monitored by the head of the department.
