During the receptions held at the Ishga Markhamat Monocenter in the city to further improve communication with the public and efficiently resolve urgent problems for citizens, 61 appeals were received from 58 citizens on various issues.

16 of the appeals were positively resolved on the spot, qualified legal explanations were provided for 11, and the implementation of 34 issues requiring time for consideration was monitored.
