A mobile reception is being conducted by the leadership of the DIA of Fergana region in cities, districts, remote villages and mahallas.
During this reception, citizens are engaged in face-to-face communication, and their appeals are resolved positively on the spot.
The next mobile reception was held at the music school in the Toshlok district in order to further improve the working system of "per mahalla".
During the public mobile reception, the appeals of 27 citizens were thoroughly analyzed.
It is noteworthy that eight appeals were successfully resolved here, and legal advice was provided on five of them. The implementation of 14 appeals requiring a review period was monitored.
The residents of the remote area were very pleased with the mobile reception.
