The bilateral cooperation between Uzbekistan and Bangladesh in the areas of safe tourism and labor migration is expanding

On October 21, a meeting was held between Mr Muhammad Munirul Islam, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to the Republic of Uzbekistan and officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for the two countries in terms of safe tourism, education, and orderly migration of workers, the simplification of visa requirements between the countries, and the current directions of mutual practical cooperation, particularly in the fight against transnational organized crime, human trafficking, and cybercrime.
Following the friendly and constructive event, promising tasks for the future development of cooperation in the field were identified.
