Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On October 11, an official meeting was held between the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel Zufar Kurbanov and Chen Jiakai, the head of the foreign enterprise "Huawei Tech. Investment Tashkent" Limited Liability Company.

At the meeting, the parties discussed several issues, including developing bilateral cooperation, providing public safety in the Republic of Uzbekistan, preventing cyber-crime early and utilizing advanced digital technologies to combat crime, as well as utilizing the opportunities offered by foreign enterprises for the implementation of innovative projects.

During the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and "Huawei Tech. Investment Tashkent" LLC.

This agreement is intended to develop solutions to combat cybercrime, ensure cloud security, provide software based on artificial intelligence, and prevent cybercrime in "safe cities".

During the friendly and constructive meeting, the parties defined promising tasks for developing mutual cooperation.
