Citizen appeals are at the center of the attention of the head of Tashkent MDIA

The next reception of Major General Aziz Tashpulatov, head of the MDIA of Tashkent city, was held in the "Usta Shirin" mahalla of Yunusabad district of the capital. Management, employees from the sectoral services, and representatives from interested organizations and institutions attended the meeting.
There were a variety of appeals from citizens relating to various issues. These included investigations and inquiries, employment, the social sphere, housing and communal services, obtaining loans, etc. Citizens were provided with detailed explanations of the procedures for purchasing housing under the preferential lending system and legal advice on the purchase process.
A total of 33 appeals were positively resolved on the spot, deadlines for the consideration of a number of appeals were determined under the law, and legal advice was given to the applicants.
Rustam G', a resident of Kukchinor mahalla, reported that there is no pedestrian crossing on the street between "Kukchinor" and "Adolat" mahallas, and people have difficulty crossing the road. He asked for assistance from the head of the MDIA to solve this issue. The issue was successfully resolved on the instructions of the head of the third sector.
Mukhayo G. and Nodira K., residents of "Bog' Kocha" mahalla, asked for help regarding their health during the mobile reception. They were given the necessary medicines.
